In a history class, a teacher is teaching a new chapter; chapter 12 using the visualizer. The class is very quiet and there were students with heads on their tables and some on their hands. Some students are doodling and none of the students paid attention to what the teacher is teaching about.

answer:
i think the particular class is having a history lesson and i presume that the teacher is teaching a chapter that is tested for the examinations. Schools nowadays are very hi-tech as most of the teachers nowadays uses visualizers and computers to teach their students. The class is somehow disiplined as the class is very quiet. The lesson is probably very boring as there were students 'with heads on their tables and some on their hands' and 'some students are doodling and none of the students paid attention to what the teacher is teaching about'. I think that the writer is trying to tell us that having history lessons are so boring with this particular teacher that students will be sleeping and doodling in class.
